noQ is a volunteer-driven tech-for-good association dedicated to helping homeless and vulnerable individuals across Sweden. Our team of over 30 passionate members works tirelessly to provide innovative IT solutions that address critical challenges faced by marginalized communities.
Currently, our main focus is assisting those experiencing homelessness in Stockholm by connecting them with vital shelter services. We believe technology has the power to make a real difference in people’s lives, especially during times of crisis. Every one of us is working as volunteers for the sake of compassion.
Now we are looking for teamleads to our seven teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our teams designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for us. This candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design together with our product owners.
Responsibilities
- Teambuilding
- Delivery mastery including management of Epics, Stories and tasks in GitHub.
- Leading the designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications togeher with the team.
- Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code togehter with the product owner.
Qualifications
- Experience in system development
- Experienced using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Skilled in the Swedish and English language.
