noQ is a volunteer-driven tech-for-good association dedicated to helping homeless and vulnerable individuals across Sweden. Our team of over 30 passionate members works tirelessly to provide innovative IT solutions that address critical challenges faced by marginalized communities. Currently, our main focus is assisting those experiencing homelessness in Stockholm by connecting them with vital shelter services. We believe technology has the power to make a real difference in people’s lives, especially during times of crisis. Every one of us is working as volunteers for the sake of compassion. Now we are looking for teamleads to our seven teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our teams designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for us. This candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design together with our product owners. Nu kör vi igång det nya året för att utrota hemlösheten i Stockholm 2025. Vi är ett 80-tal volontärer, de flesta utvecklare som bygger en app för ändamålet. Har du några timmar över i veckan, är expert på något av våra områden och vill bjuda på din medkänsla som ”expert-volontär” i vårt team, tveka inte att höra av dig till mig. Som expert blir du bollplank och mentor åt våra volontärer på ditt expertområde och förväntas svara inom 24 timmar på vardagar om någon behöver råd eller hjälp av dig.
