noQ is a volunteer-driven tech-for-good association dedicated to helping homeless and vulnerable individuals across Sweden (to start with). Our team of over 40 compassioned members works tirelessly to provide innovative IT solutions that address critical challenges faced by marginalized communities.
Currently, our main focus is assisting those experiencing homelessness in Stockholm by connecting them with vital shelter services. We believe technology has the power to make a real difference in people’s lives, especially during times of crisis. Every one of us is working as volunteers for the sake of compassion.
Now we are looking for dataengineers and AI experts to our AI/Insights team.

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets for AI and ML projects.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and trends.
- Ensure datasets are well-structured and optimized for training models.
- Evaluate model performance using metrics like accuracy, precision etc.W
What we are looking for
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with ML concepts and algorithms like regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.
- Experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/ NoSQL databases.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
