noQ is a volunteer-driven tech-for-good association dedicated to helping homeless and vulnerable individuals across Sweden (to start with). Our team of over 40 compassioned members works tirelessly to provide innovative IT solutions that address critical challenges faced by marginalized communities.
Currently, our main focus is assisting those experiencing homelessness in Stockholm by connecting them with vital shelter services. We believe technology has the power to make a real difference in people’s lives, especially during times of crisis. Every one of us is working as volunteers for the sake of compassion.

Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis – Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping – Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before development.
- Usability Testing & Iteration – Evaluating designs through user feedback and analytics, then refining the experience to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders – Working closely with developers, product owners, and tech leads to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
